Crafting beautiful living spaces tailored to your needs and preferences did not just happen overnight.  Keating custom homes is first and foremost a family company.  Founded by Greg, Tracey and Breckin Keating their journey began long before their first home was built. 

 

Growing up as the son of a Master Electrician, Greg grew up on job sites.  He started in the tool room at Sturgeon Electric at 15, repairing tools, and pushing a broom.  After graduating college Greg began a career in new home construction.  As a Superintendent, Project Manager and Estimator, Greg learned how to inspect what he expects, the importance of scheduling and a deep understanding for how production building works.

Having flipped his first home at 23 years of age, Greg set his sights on transitioning out of home construction and into sales.  Greg proceeded to go to work for ReMax and was quickly recognized for his success and was inducted into the ReMax hall of fame in his first 7 years.  Having achieved personal success, Greg and wife Tracey decided to open a franchise of their own.  Building a successful real estate office to 59 agents over two locations provided over 800 transactions to their credit.

As the Transaction Coordinator Tracey has overseen hundreds of transactions and provides time tested organizational methods to her role.  Her attention to detail and transactional knowledge is paramount.
